Shaun Tipson

Global Experience

Over 15 years experience practicing technology law in Australia, Switzerland and the United States (San Francisco Bay Area), working for government, in private practice, and for a variety of technology companies, including Microsoft and Stripe.
Technology Expertise

Computer Science Honours Degree (with University Medal) from the Australian National University. Practical experience working in software engineering, and many years working directly with software engineering and business teams.
Licensed in Key Jurisdictions

Licensed Attorney in the USA (California), Australia (New South Wales) and New Zealand.

Experienced at navigating areas of high legal complexity, and enabling legal compliance without compromising product vision or business growth.

I have worked in hardware and software, for a startup and a tech giant, and for engineers and business folks.
